What this is for
Banks email statements; Worklog can receive them. Instead of downloading the PDF and uploading it, forward the email — the statement appears under “Emailed in — waiting for review” on the Import Statement screen.
How it works
Open Money → Import Statement. If your business's email-in address is shown there, forward your bank statement to it from the email address you log in to Worklog with — statements from unknown senders are ignored for your safety. The statement waits on the Import screen; tap “Review & import” and Worklog reads it exactly as if you had uploaded it, with you approving every transaction before anything is saved.
Good to know
Only forward from your own Worklog login email — that is how Worklog knows it is really you. Password-protected PDFs are better uploaded directly, so you can enter the password on your phone. If the Import screen doesn't show an email-in address yet, the feature isn't switched on for your business — it is coming.
